​We make provision for both regular routine cleans, and one off cleans.

Commercial Cleaning - yes.

Resindential Cleaning - Unfortunately, no, we do not currently clean interior windows. However we do strive to clean your exterior windows to the highest possible level.

We are able to accept Bank transfers, DD (Direct Debit) payments, Cheques and Cash in hand.

It is not possible to negotiate when we are able to complete each individual job, however we do understand there will be times when it is not always feasible to clean your property, e.g.; away on holiday, house refurbishments such as scaffolding etc. As long as we are informed prior to your next cleaning date we will always attempt to accommodate such requests.

We may visit between 08:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday, including Bank Holidays. We do not work Sunday's unless we have made a special arrangement with an individual customer.

We will email or send an SMS text message to you a week in advance giving you the next appointment date, and a time-slot should you require one.

Our prices start from £7 per visit for regular cleaning (once every 4 or 8 weeks). We would have to view your property to give an accurate pricing.

Due to the nature of the business it would be preferable if we can make an arrangement with both parties as to how this will be rectified on an individual basis. Our employees are equipped with ladders, however due to health & safety issues if this mode is deemed unfeasible we will not be able to clean the rear until further notice. If we arrive and cannot gain rear-access we will clean your front windows.

We are only able to visit houses and flats every 4,6 or 8 weeks as partof our scheduled residential cleaning service.

Yes we still do, our cleaning services operate all year round. Thus there may be times when we are required to clean during some unflattering weather.

Yes we can normally clean hard to reach windows safely from the ground. If we can see the window we can usually clean it.
